Yes, almost all of our products are available on demand. When an order is placed through your storefront, our team is notified and starts production. No inventory needed. The benefit to you is low or no minimums on these products.

Most orders are produced and shipped in 3-7 days. Apparel is shipped within 7-10 of receiving the order. Signage, engraving, sublimation is 3-5 business days. 2-3 days on print collateral. 24 hours on fulfillment.

Orders with multiple products types will ship once all products are complete. This helps reduce shipping costs.

Everything is produced at our 205,000 sq. ft. facility in Aberdeen, SD. Ensuring end to end quality control on all products.

Most of what we produce is “on demand” meaning your items are produced when the order is received. When your team member places an order we produce it. This eliminates the need for large upfront orders. If for some reason it makes more sense to order something in bulk then we typically would charge you for the product at the time of production. However, this fee is negotiable based on the product, length of time it will be in inventory, cost of the item, etc.

The average store takes 2-3 weeks to build. Store construction takes place after products have been selected, pricing has been established and store specifics are decided (permission, design, etc.).

The final cost will depend on these 3 components: total number of products, aesthetics of the store, and backend features. We also take into account annual projected spend, and total number of users. Prior to a store going live we go through a proposal process where we offer you a custom price.

A standard store start-up fee can be as little as $500, and you only pay this one time. We also have a monthly maintenance fee that starts at $100 per month. This covers hosting, security updates, training and order management.

Typically, the commitment is a 1 year agreement for us to build a store.

Stores are available 24/7 or as long as you want them to be. You are not restricted to a pop-up schedule.

Absolutely. This is part of our coupon code system. You can generate codes or we can create them for you and assign any dollar value to them you want. Your team member can apply their coupon code at checkout. If their purchase amount goes over the coupon code balance then your team member can pay the difference with their own credit card. When the purchase is completed, we will send you the invoice for the value of the coupons used. You control the dollar amount and who gets them. We provide reports on who is using them, what they are buying and when they are used.

Yes, we can enable discounts for any products you would like.

Yes, just like any online shopping cart.

Stores maintenance fees and fulfillment fees are billed on a monthly basis. Any products purchase with a credit card are charged at checkout. If coupons or vouchers are used then the client is billed at the end of the month on Net 30 terms.

We use USPS, FedEx and UPS to provide you with the most competitive shipping prices. Individual orders sending to the same location are batched to save you money on shipping costs. Scheduling is also available for multiple orders that need to ship to a single location.
